Glen began his journey in the mortgage industry at a young age, originating loans at his father's company in 1994 when he was just 16 years old. Over the last 30 years, Glen has excelled in many different disciplines within the Real Estate Industry. By 2003, he had climbed the ranks to become one of the top-producing account executives and sales managers in the industry, managing some of the largest accounts in the country for GE Consumer Finance's sub-prime arm, WMC Mortgage.

In 2016, Glen expanded his expertise into the real estate sector by obtaining his real estate license, followed by his broker's license in 2019. He is now a licensed broker in Connecticut, Florida, and New York. With his extensive experience, Glen is one of the few agents qualified to advise his clients throughout all aspects of the home-buying process. He understands the nuances of the constantly changing mortgage industry and the complexities of buying and selling homes, ensuring a smooth transaction for his clients.

Glen has significant experience managing teams of agents, excelling particularly in converting leads and training agents to do the same. Additionally, he has a background in building and flipping luxury homes, bringing valuable construction knowledge to his projects.
