Highly recommended for first-time buyers with zero experience! This was my first time searching for a house. I had no idea what I was doing or what it actually takes to buy a house and condo. Glen made this so easy all I had to do what tell him what I was looking for and just show up to places he recommended and he did everything. Although I have not found a house yet, Glen has been incredibly helpful in my search. I had no idea that I could buy a bank-owned property with a government mortgage and include all the repairs in the mortgage. It is very helpful to have someone who knows all the mortgage programs as well as the real estate. Hopefully, we will find a home soon and I will work with Glen.
